We have arrived safe and sound.

As many of you know (because this is probably read by only our family) Hannah and I are travelling to Europe this summer. We will be visiting England, Norway, Sweden and Germany, at least this is where we have planned to travel...

This is Hannah's first adventure out of the country. She is excited and wondering what people are going to think about this trip she is taking.

We began our trip coming together in Houston, TX. Hannah travelled from California accompanied by her loving aunt Catherine. Their plane was delayed several times so they did not arrive in Houston until 1 a.m. To make things worse, aunt Catherine's car would not start until handy aunt Catherine realised that one of the spark plugs was not tight enough so she fixed it...and the car started. They then made their way to the hotel where Becky, Cindy, Emily and Rachel were waiting. All went to bed around 2 a.m.

The next morning we woke up early and arrived at the Houston airport around 9 a.m. Our adventures had begun!

Our first layover was in Toronto, Canada where we experienced our first annoying Americans. As soon as we got off the plane and were standing in line to go through customs we already had Americans complaining loudly about how things were so disorganized. Hannah and I made our way up to the customs desk, the man asked us what our relation was to each other and then he asked us why the two of us were travelling together. Hannah, logically replied, "Well there are not enough seats for the whole family."

...Time to board our flight to Stavanger. Will post more later.

Love you!!
